- Why are there so many UUID implementations and can we get one into OTP?
We’ve all faced the lax dependency problem. Be it bugs, security updates, feature PRs that are sitting. Let’s pursue some answers.
UUIDs are so common, more even than JSON, but there’s no generator in OTP. All languages would benefit. Work is needed.
